one of the main reasons i left my last job was my manager was an incompetant fuckwit....
tried to make my life hell in the last month.. you have to be subtle about it but just make small problems for him .. keep asking his advice on shit you know he wont have an answer to , then go above him .. soon pisses em right off ..
if that dont work .. gently threaten him in the toilets , see if you can wind him up enough that he hits you
