I recently resigned from my job due to ir-repairable issues with my direct boss, the thing is now he is being an out right prick at every oppertunity the question is

Do i smack the bastard as he really gets on my tits he is a 45yr old tree hugging hippe from Ohio in the US

I need the refereence but i am seriously thinking about going with my gut feeling on this and kicking his arse
