i will believe it when the judge shouts "send him down"
money always seems to talk in these cases
lets just see what happens

the publicitly will do nothing for joe average
if naz gets sent d won you'll get all the people saying it's too harsh
if he gets off lightly they'll say it's because he's in the public eye
you can't win, well, he can't anyway
but when you get the same sort of case go in front of the beak for joe average it's still luck of the draw to get off for being involved in an accident because some old giffer has pulled out in front of him while he was doing 60 in a 60, a full 10 years in some cases where the judge is an old giffer too or let off without a record because the old giffer is the one at fault
the only thing that might get them off is if they are driving a stolen car like a pikey and caliming benifits, then the judge will let them off because "it'll hurt their feelings" or whatever shit they can think off
back to prince cockend, from all the reports he WAS driving like a pikey chav so if he gets done for it then good luck for when he comes out, new labour encourages employing cons don't they

Most of us on here drive like 'cock ends' from time to time... so you got to ask yourself if it was you what would you be thinking...
personally.. if i drove like that and ended up putting a person in a wheel chair for the rest of their life then 5years in prison would be getting off lightly!!!
As said this wasnt the nob heads first serious accident... most people after the first would take it as a wake up call but ....

OJ walked because they couldn't proove that he was the perpretrator of the crime, various bits of the eveidence that was collected at the scene wasn't collected or stored in the right way, there was no chain of custody so anyone could have gotten to it and tampered with it
there was also the question of them putting the samples of blood into the wrong test tubes (filled with edta to stop the blood from coltting and other stuff) as well as leaving it out of the fridge, misslabling tubes etc and also of the tests done on the socks being seriously flawed (the socks were a plant and this was prooved by both sides of the sock having the same splatter pattern on them as if someone has put the sock on the ground and dropped blood over the top, seeping through to both sides rather than oj wearing them and only getting blood splatter on one side of the sock)
all the circumstantial evidence pointed to him being guilty, but when it came to it, the prosecution went after the easy testimonies and fucked up big time
the biggest problem was that, even though he bought a pair of shoes AND a pair of gloves that matched the ones and prints found at the murder scene, the gloves didn't fit so you must aquit
as for naz, i've been there, done that (been involved in an accident that has left me fucked up for the rest of my life, 15 months in hospital etc etc) so i know wha i'd want done
at the same time, if it was me (and i've done this too, driving a bit too fast, woman pulls out onto the roundabout, couldn't stop, it's her fault but she did her back in, still feel guitly about it even though it wasn't techincally my fault) being involved in an accident and injuring someone, i'd take the punishement that was dished out to me
pleading "i'm famous, i don't desrve to go to prision" has nothing to to with it
watch the last 10 minutes of unforgiven (the clint eastwood film not the wwf ppv) to udnerstand wehre i'm coming from
OK 5 years is absolute bollocks. Don't know where people have got that figure from.
Some people know I work in the legal trade in South Yorkshire. Had a very simelar case last year. Asian lad drive Escort Cosworth with no licence, insurance, has a much worse crash than that. Victims inujured worse. No previous, and he got one year. I'd use that as a benchmark.
Aggrivating factors in the Prince Naseem wanker case are than he tried to hide who was driving and do one. But at least he was legit. One to two years at the absolutemaximum. Anymore and it would be an undely severe sentence, and you would be seeing an appeal. No doubt he will do that whatever.
I'd love to see him go down fo a long time, but that just won't happen.

I read a paper this morning with the headline "NAS COULD DO 5 YEARS", then later down the page it said he has already pleaded guilty to the crime, then right at the end of the piece it said that the maximum sentence if someone pleads guilty is 16 months for dangerous driving..........well hows he gonna get five years if he has already pleaded guilty, I can smell a community service and hefty fine looming, no fuckin way will he go to jail.
He will go to Jail.
The Judge said as he gave him bail "Do not let the fact you have bail today fool you into thinking you will recieve anything other than a custodial term"
Gave him bail as its pritty hard for him to vanish, not like an asylum seeker that shouldn't be here. They vanish very easy! No danger of him not surrendering to court, so no point in denying him bail. Plus, time spent on remand after a guilty plea is easy time in prison. You get to wear your own clothes and get lots of privalages other normal prisoners don't get. This time then gets knocked off your proper sentence. I'd much rather he did his whole sentence the hard way
