you see, here is the problem
OJ walked because they couldn't proove that he was the perpretrator of the crime, various bits of the eveidence that was collected at the scene wasn't collected or stored in the right way, there was no chain of custody so anyone could have gotten to it and tampered with it
there was also the question of them putting the samples of blood into the wrong test tubes (filled with edta to stop the blood from coltting and other stuff) as well as leaving it out of the fridge, misslabling tubes etc and also of the tests done on the socks being seriously flawed (the socks were a plant and this was prooved by both sides of the sock having the same splatter pattern on them as if someone has put the sock on the ground and dropped blood over the top, seeping through to both sides rather than oj wearing them and only getting blood splatter on one side of the sock)

all the circumstantial evidence pointed to him being guilty, but when it came to it, the prosecution went after the easy testimonies and fucked up big time
the biggest problem was that, even though he bought a pair of shoes AND a pair of gloves that matched the ones and prints found at the murder scene, the gloves didn't fit so you must aquit

as for naz, i've been there, done that (been involved in an accident that has left me fucked up for the rest of my life, 15 months in hospital etc etc) so i know wha i'd want done

at the same time, if it was me (and i've done this too, driving a bit too fast, woman pulls out onto the roundabout, couldn't stop, it's her fault but she did her back in, still feel guitly about it even though it wasn't techincally my fault) being involved in an accident and injuring someone, i'd take the punishement that was dished out to me

pleading "i'm famous, i don't desrve to go to prision" has nothing to to with it
