hey peeps have had a xr2i bumper as was cheaper fitted to my rs but it has a blue strip,do any of you no where i can get a new/second hand green strip for my front bumper it looks well odd ! was also told you can buy green tape to go over the blue strip but from where all help greatly appreciated cheers fellas

 

HI MATE IVE GOT A GENUINE GREEN BUMPER STRIP ON AN OLD RS BUMPER THAT IV GOT LYING IN MY GARDEN. YOU CAN GET THEM FROM FORDS STILL OR GET THE GREEN ELECTRICAL TAPE FROM HARDWARE/ELECTRICAL SHOPS.
MY MATE USED THE TAPE BEFORE AND IF U GET THE RIGHT ONE THEN U CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE.
IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE GETTING A STRIPE THEN PM ME AND WE MITE BE ABLE TO SORT SUMMINK OUT,

hi mate. you can still buy the strip from ford but when i went in they had to specially order it n they kept messing me about and it never turned up. you can get them from the ford spares show at donnington. i think it is in april sometime.
