Default Zetec turbo conversion

What mods are needed to fit calibre turbo pistons (c20let) to the standard zetec turbo rods????
if i was to get the standard rods shot peened and fit arp rod bolts,what sort of bhp/torque could the rods withstand????

open the ends out half a 0.5mm iirc to fit the slightly bigger calibra pins

or just buy my engine in parts for sale

The little end of the rod needs maching slightly larger i believe to fit the vauxhall pistons gudgeon pin.....

Shot peened and polished and with ARP bolts i would think 280bhp ish would be ok......

Mike G's old ZT made 316bhp on the stock rods. I'm pretty sure (not 100%) that they were completely stock. No idea what pistons he was on. Ran good as gold for quite a while iirc Well until a lorry tried to hump it anyway

is it safe to bore the little end of the rods out?????????????????

that looks like quite a tool sketch!!! whats your spec and what sort of power are you running??
