Ok, i've managed to confuse myself and need some help...

When standing infront of the engine, which lifter is the inlet on no1 -closest to exhaust, or closest to zorst?

Rick, sometimes you concern me.

The Inlet lifters are closest to the Inlet manifold and the exhaust lifters are closest to the exhaust.

So, number one inlet is the left hand side rear corner, closest to the fusebox.

 

He's an engineer though....
