Default is it worth getting a paddle clutch?

at the moment im currently running 175bhp and 191lb/ft @ 15psi.

soon im gonna stick a big intercooler on it and run at least 200bhp (hopefully) and around 220lb/ft (guessing) @ 17/18psi

i was wondering at this power level should i go for a AP 4 paddle clutch or go with the AP Organic jobbie. I don't want my clutch to let me down.

Ive done a search but still can't decide what i should do!

hello!

i have just ordered an Organic one, did another search and the general consensus is that it should be good up to 250bhp so i should be alright i think!

after the probs you've had with the standard one dave i think it may be a good idea getting an uprated one. 200bhp should be fun when you've got it

I would def get a uprated clutch if you goin higher than you are.. Standard clutch usualy struggles around 180hp..

What spec do you plam for 200? I wanna go to this but unsure on what to go for?

yep still got ABS,

one day Peter..one day lol

edit: at the moment i have

kenct cvh35
k&n filter
magnex
chip @ 15psi

im gonna go for a:
panel filter in standard airbox (front cut off)
GRS intercooler

and im gonan stick a CTS stage 1 box in cause the standard gearbox is gonna keel over and die any time soon i reckon.

about 500 and exchange for your original gearbox.
