Default ERST Throttle Body with FRST inlet manifold?

As title, can you fit the ERST throttle body to the FRST inlet? Are the throttle position sensors universal? and will the erst one work quite happily with the standard frst management.

Any help much appreciated.

the reason is that the engine is in a ka and the way that the charge carrier pipe bends away it obstructs the throttle cable, making the pedal feel slightly 'jerky' rather than smooth.

I know the managements are different, from looking at my mates it appears the plug for that sensor is the same (3 pin ) and so i was wondering whether there are any other reasons why it wouldnt work.
