What program to use to make Video CD's
As title
I usually use Nero to mahke Video CD's, but for some reason it wont let me today
What else is there to use???

recordnow max does a good job of all formats including video cd

What do you want to do Tiff? Info is a bit hazy...........
Make a file into a Video CD? Film? avi? Mpeg? etc etc........

WinAvi ^ ^ easy with quick encoding, not the best quality but you can't complain when it takes 20 mins to encode a 700mb avi instead of 6 hours for TMPGenc or 3hrs for cinemacraft.
