Default coilovers but what make ??

im using koni right now , the car i think is too low , id like to be able to play around with the height at the back especially as soon ill be adding my ice , but what id really love to know from actual users is what make is the most ''comfortable'' i dont expect a totally smooth ride , but as long as its better than my konis and im able to choose the height ill be happy.....

just dont know where to start , i am aware of avo and gaz coilovers , if i knew how much the ice would lower the car i might be able to get away with springs, but i dont , also due to the weight of my sub and being on one side i feel the car would drop on that side, so coilovers i feel are the way to go .....

advice please ?

and i have a combi VAN btw

I've Leda coilovers on my S2 however Leda do recommend you strengthen your strut housing when fitting, so they do require a fair bit of fabrication.

MEF are nicely made and well worth considering.

Got any pics of the fabrication work needed on the strut housing to strengthen it?

Get your finger out Andy_R and post some pics

If i could afford the MEF coilovers i would get them but i've just paid for some GAZ ones and if there good enought for Tim Butcher then there good enought for me and my RST with less than half the power Tim has.

Plan to get MEF or Zoo TCA soon
