Default sump bolt snapped!

i was putting a sump back on a cvh earlier today and one of the bolts sheared off.

it didnt pull up tight to the sump so i took it back out and tried again. i went in and out sweet enough but when the torque wrench clicked at 11 nm the sump still wasnt nice and tight with the gasket at that point.

all the other bolts was fine. do you think this will give any problems (oil leaking) or will i get away with 1 bolt missing?
