To start with Steve there is fuck all to do except the minor crimes.

As your level progresses (from what I can see every 10 crime attempts) more then becomes available to you.

thats how i see it.

 

pimpwars is also good
same sort of thing as this but you have to control your ho's and go abot infecting other pimps girls and getting them hooked on crack

DONT do the same crime twice in a row.....

your percentage goes up the more you try different crimes,...but down if you carry on trying the same one
