How do you check fuel pressure?

How do you check fuel pressure?
My fuel rail has had the pressure release valve taken off of it.
now, if anyone needs to check my fuel pressure, how on earth would they do it? would they have to cut into the feed pipe and T off it?
what i'm thinking about is, should i bother to get a new fuel rail, or is the one i've got going to be fine

You will have to "T" off it Jim in your next sentence with regards to fuel pressure valve removed Does it work fine bet it does so it's the age old saying " IF IT AINT BROKE DONT TRY AND JIM IT" lol leave it be mate
