any idea if this is a piper camshaft?? and if so what one it might be

 

should be a code/ part number on it somewhere. is there oine?

 

nope cant see one at all, theres a scribed on `W1` on the left on that pic, but its very hard to see, apart from that, nothing

 

allmost impossible to say matye without seeing the actual cam. sorry mate

 

i thought i would have to take the cam out. oh well, cheers for the help tho mate. once its out, i will get some more pics

 

You should be able to tell by that pic as it should have letter and numbers on but by look of it its only got a B and i think its a P stamped on so in not to sure if its a piper cam.with kent cams they have e.g cvh35 stamped on it ...

 

no its not piper will have the end stamped with ie BP285t2 at the end same as kent

 

Thats what i thought, they only thing realy confusing me, is the end is completely different to a standard ford cam. i will have to take the cam out and i will measure the lift etc to try and find out what it is.
