zetec turbo vs ZVH

i've just started putting together the beginnings of new lil project. i have in my possession a mk4 fiesta which cleverly i killed driving like a muppet!
the plan is to drop a 2.0zetec onto custom mounts and then run a turbo of some sort.
the question i need answered is what are the relative merits of zvh and zetec turbos? obviously a zvh appears to be slightly easier?
also in fast ford i see a mk5 escort running a zvh, but has used cosworth pistons? is this basic sierra/escort cossie pistons, or cosworth aftermarket zetec pistons??

zetec turbo all the way, but if you want the best mate use the duratec, not the one out of the rs focus thats not the best one , the one out of the ST..
all alloy with massive tunning capabilities and all alloy engine ,the real duratec
the engine in the focus rs is not a full blown duratec as most peeps on here will tell you

look under heading (brands) for je pistons then in applications look for ford 2.0L dohc zx3 which is just other name for the focus and part number 185915, just a word of warning these parts are meant for the black top zetec, i have use them in the silver top, but because i've done a zvh the compression ratio worked out @ 8:4:1 so i had to use a de-comp plate to get down to the Desired 7:8:1 so unless you get some custom pistons made from someone like ian howell of area six who will probably have them off the shelf you would have to make do with a de-comp plate.. there just an extension of the block, if you go to www.ferriday.co.uk he can make you an excellent Reliable one

so which is gunna be more suitable for a silver top? c20let pistons and an overbore with some strenghtened rods, or these others ones, a decompression plate, and then strengthened rods??
