What is the size of the valve steam of a standard XE valve?

7mm as standard, you can get 5mm or 6mm too though.

Ive got 7mm waisted down by way of a compromise:



I havent waisted the exhaust as i didnt want to lose strength as its on an engine that will run fairly hot.
