There is no 100% answer, but I have exp. with a celica st185.
With restrictor its ca 300hp
Whithout its ca450hp

this is no real answer as the whole engine has been built around the restrictor, so really you would need to change the head porting, compression ratio, turbo, valve size and a remap to get the best from these engines

I wouldn't have thought they would be mega powerful anyway if they have to have a restrictor, all the more to go wrong, i.e reliablility etc... still be fooking fast tho!
