Default water feed to/from turbo

I require some information regarding the water cooling feed lines to the T3 turbo. I know that the top radiator hose has a T like connection to the turbo, the other water line I have not seen any pictures of. Where does this connect?
My assumption is it connects to the radiator itself, with a fitting positioned half way up the side tank?

Let me know If this is correct.

Cheers

Sounds right.

The feed comes from the water pipe from the top rad hose (rad to thermostat housing) and the retunr goes straight back to the hot side of the rad

mines not connected, temp is usually around the N mark.

whats funny is, im thinking about connecting mine up, LOL

i was advised not to by one person, said that 200 bhp does not warrant that extra cooling............

if you think about it, a little trickle of water isnt going to do much to a lump of metal running at 400 degrees (on light boost lol) the series one dont have it, and neither do alot of t34's?

have u had any probs with it disconnected, ie cracked turbo housings?

My Escort has retained it's water cooling and it's not too bad temps wise. I even went through the hassel of retaining the water cooling when my Fiesta was converted to T3.

My brother runs his T3 converted Fiesta with no water cooling and all is fine on his
