Default Approx bhp with this engine spec

standard 2wd head bottom end low comp with valve cut outs fully rebuilt new every thing dark greens hybrid t4 not yet run in just want an approx bhp when set up properly plus what cams to get next and should i have the head back off to be gas flowed cheers lads. (1990 2wd saph)

Greens and a T4?

Be about 350bhp I would have thought!

only 4 injectors cant afford the 8 set up. had a chat with pj motorsport today they said something about a system blue 400 with bd 16 cams get the head off and have it gas flowed then live map should be looking at just over 400 bhp Ł770 just for the set up & injectors god nows how much the cams are & the head to be done + more gaskets think i will just go for the set up for now just under 400 bhp that will do engine has already cost over Ł3000. thanks lads

Try speaking to Karl @ NMS, and see if he could map your car on greys or something similar/bigger

i have a 2wd saph its been rebuilt 7.5.1 balanced bottom end.t34 with 63 exh housing.4x4 plenum std head and cams.just been converted to l8 close loop on greys been live mapped at turbosystems holds 28 psi.goes like fook,wish i had the headported though.still fast never the less.well happy

Karl (NMS) is based near Derby....

A T4 with 803 injectors (greens) would be an awful combination

With a standard head plus 403 injectors (greys) you wouldn't see more than 380ish with a standard head.
