Default Giving Up Smoking

Am going to pack in the cigarettes. Any hints or tips from fellow ex smokers that i could use?

nearly £5 for 20 and at 20 a day - you can work out how much a month and how that money could be spent on the cossie.

Get some Ziban (think thats how you spell it !) from the Doc. they are quite expensive so the doc might not want to prescribe them But everone is entitled to one go Just give the obvious reasons why you want to quit.

These things will really take your desire to smoke away. You will need willpower but they help take the craving away.

My M8 has been off them for over one year now.

I just started again but buy duty free

Rich,

Stick to it mate.

The first few days were awful for me - made me really unwell

....... BUT, I now consider my self a non-smoker, not an ex-smoker. Really pleased I've given up.....

My stats are nothing compared to Stu, but:

Not smoked for: Two weeks, six days, 16 hours, 25 minutes and 15 seconds.

268 cigarettes not smoked, saving £66.95

Life saved: 22 hours, 20 mins
