Ok because i've just got a T34 with .48 housing but its fouling on the manifold so must be wrong type. I have the right parts from when i had a stage 3 T3 but not sure if they would be up to the job....

I knew you had the T34 so just made me think

63 housing isnt a problem, or shouldnt, as the manifold retains the original turbo position.

Im sure Davie(not T28) had a .63 on his

T34 or T38 going on new build with same manifold.

Very difficult to see from the quality of the pics, if you get some better 1's sorted i'll do everything I can to assist.

From what I can see it would appear that 1 of the bolts needs shortned this would then allow the down pipe to marry up a lot easier.

Both davidch's and my own have custom 3" down pipes which will come into the equasion.

Davie (T28) is your down pipe standard? I know you will have the flexi section further down, but was it modified at the turbo end?

yeah once screw defo too long, but also seems like where the housing would meet the downpipe is too wide. Most probably need a custom job like you...

i'll get brighter pics up when i can, cheers for help so far

yeah defo helps. So you need a custom downpipe for the manifold, i'll get on it.

Did ava fabricate yours T28, B8??

Yup, all of the other manifolds of the type you now have were fitted by AVA to the customers cars. Gus's being the only exception.

Remember and have a flexi section fitted, assuming you dont already have one. Not using a flexi section will put more strain on the manifold and may well lead to your manifold cracking.

Not that any have cracked, but prevention is better than cure. Or so they
say.

This may or may not help.

AVA dont just do manifolds for anybody, they only do them for cars that they built engines for to get the most or best driveability out the car
