Hi mate would advise getting a fuel pump think they
are about £130 from amber performance.

Its a good idea to get one just incase you get it chipped
in the future.

If the car is not chipped at the mo the standard ecu wont
let you run more than about 10psi of boost.

As for power id say around 185bhp ish that is a ball park figure
mate.

Cheers matt

i think the car is already chipped as it was making 190bhp
on motoscopes rollers(the most recent 1 anyway) on the old spec

std cam
stage 1 head
hitting 15psi

i think thats what the spec was aanyway.
the rolling road print outs show between 185 and 190(it seems to have been on a few times!)
av got all the printouts to show this

maybe it made that coz it woz done the monkey way, 15 psi
seems like a lot to me for the spec it had but i dont know much about engine tuning so my opinion counts for nowt!!!

i will defo fit the cossies fuel pump then

I would mate you really dont want one of them dying and
taking the engine with it

When a S2 gets chipped a lot of tuners set the boost at 15psi
as this is around the safest for a farly standard engine

With those mods then fella i would say it would now make
around the 215bhp with a raise in boost not sure how much as different people set cars up differently. You will get a good rise in torque aswell.

Who are you gonna get to do the work?

Cheers matt.

No you don't need a Cosworth Fuel Pump, or even a new one, unless yours is noisy.
