Today I started to remove parts from the zetec lump....

I have now decided that my escort will run a full zetec turbo looking to push about 230bhp, cant wait to get it all sorted foooking sweeet..

Hopefully the manifold and the head will be off tommorrow...

I am currently looking around for the pistons, not sure as to what ones yet?

Its a 1.8.. I know the the 2.0l would be better but this was very cheap and still good for a decent power figure better than chumpy cvh

Im liking the zetec in your sig, thats how mine will hopefully end up. I got the tubular exhaust and the m16 inlet, just gotta get it in the car! lol

 

Where you get your tubular manifold from... I wanna get a bolt on manifold rather reposition the studs
