For anyone with a Ford that wants to be part of this All Ford day with their car here are the details below, last year was the very first one to be held at ford park so hopefully we can get more cars this year. It will be also open to all from 1pm - 4pm for those that just want to have a look around.

The show starts at 1pm to the public and you have to be there before that, the gates open at 8.30am for all that are showing their cars.

You can turn up and pay on the day, but you will not receive a plaque also if you pre book your place they can have an idea on the number of cars attending

Anyone coming to this you can pay on the gate aswell if you dont have your ticket

 

I'm coming, will be coming from manchester way. What are the situations with food and toilet factilies etc....?

Is there somewhere to get food or we best bringing our own???

Also I have purchased 3 tickets for the show in advance (so will recieve a plaque), I'm coming but the two other cars can't as the drivers have work commitments.

So i have 2 tickets for sale, would prefer them to go to people around manchester as i wont have to send them in the post. Plus could go up in convoy

 

There are toilets at the main building and there will be a burger van, just not sure on the prices hopefully alot cheaper than ford fair

Hi Darren, what time are you going up on Saturday ? I'm thinking of going up as i'm holidaying in the South Lakes from the 12th but can't get access to our lodge till 3pm so might come to the show. Does any one have directions from Yorkshire, is it best up the M6 or the A1/A66 ?

I did before mate, it sent me thru Bradford/Skipton and quoted 2hr30 but 110miles, seems long way for me, i rang my mate whos just took a pub in Ulverston and he says M6 J37 then A590 - sorted, if i get there bye 11am is that ok as i need to sort holiday stuff too before i set off.

 

It's M6 J36 NOT 37! Then A590 towards Barrow. You pass through Ulverston on the wasy to Barrow. It's about 4 miles before

 

A bit of a convoy developing for the All Ford Show at Ulverston, Cumbria tomorrow. We are meeting at the layby opposite the turn to the Heaves Hotel, the venue for the Cumbria RSOC Show.

If you come off J36 off the M6 follow signs for Barrow. From J36 it's dual carriageway for about 4 miles and you will take the first exit of this dual carriageway. At the roundabout take the first left (signed Barrow) and the layby is on the LHS after a couple of hundred yards
