Oil cooler on a 3dr
Was going to mount a oil cooler on the n/s behind the front bumper in line with the RS500 foglight grill for air flow but seeing Marco's 3dr in PF his is mounted in front of 500 i/cooler. Whats the best place to mount & whats the biggest size you can squeaze in the above mounting places.

i'm aware of that
it would get more airflow right in the middle of the front grill (on a 3dr) but then its in front of the 500 i/cooler & the poor old rads behind that
, surely youv'e then got the heat fron the oil cooler going onto the i/cooler.Simon.

RS3DR, where does your oil cooler get its air feed from once the bumper is on,looks to high to be in line with brake or foglight ducting on bumper Very neat installation though & stunning condtion car. That would be a good place to mount it if i could get good air flow to it.

I have mine same as RS3dr on my 500 Small 110mm x 10 row for power steering fluid and then behind that the engine oil cooler 19 row x 300mm standing on end to get air flow from break duct aswell. engine oil cooler (must be controlled by a thermostat.) no problems at all
