Well apart from anuthing else.

the 044 is external and the 003 is internal, i.e. in tank

What did ATM charge you for the 003 item?

The fitting kit looks alright (though shouldnt the pump be a little lower?

BUT the actual pump??? Who knows IMA (Phil/boschman) will give you the specs on that

Just for info, on these uprated in-tank pumps, due to the fuel intake, it's even more important to fill back up with fuel when you reach a quarter of a tank, else under hard-ish cornering you could suck up a nice dollop of air.

Hi All

I have an uprated pump that was fitted by GGR, I have to fill up at just over half a tank on the gauge or it starts missing....

First time it did it I thought here we go thisis going to be expensive!!! But filled it up and fine...

Just a warning...

Cheers

Malc

I just contacted my local bosch dealer about these pumps and they told me that all of the bosch models can be mounted inside tank. The difference is just that some of them have internal filter and some of them don't. I have also heard that the 044 model has filter in the inlet side, so it could also be used intank pump as is.
