cardio same time as weights????

Default cardio same time as weights????

hope you can give me advice guys iv'e been going to the gym every day for 8 weeks now and got from 15 stone to 13 n half stone doing mainly cardio (treadmill, crosstrainer, bike) and weight training 3 times a week 5 ft 11" tall....started to look like a smack head so time to hit the weights proper i think, fetched a tub of pharma whey and gonna start eating the right foods, after half hour weight training i dont feel like doing anymore, (i dont stop and chat looking in the mirror like some of em i'm off one weight machine straight onto the next). is it ok to then do half hour cardio/fitness training straight after or does the one cancel out the other or am i better off concentrating on just the weights?

it'll take a fw weeks to get your body into the routine of doing weights so don't give up just yet

and it sounds like you aren't giving yourself enough rest time between the machines which is why you are knackered

remember the sit ups and your core good benefits from that , and i think if you done weights you would lose weight untill you started to put muscle on then it would go up .
i train for around an hour 3 times a week sometimes doing boxing training , press ups, sit ups on the days i dont do weights altho this is only now and agein but i am not looking to lose weight as i do a manuel job and work like mad so this helps i think
