hope you can give me advice guys iv'e been going to the gym every day for 8 weeks now and got from 15 stone to 13 n half stone doing mainly cardio (treadmill, crosstrainer, bike) and weight training 3 times a week 5 ft 11" tall....started to look like a smack head so time to hit the weights proper i think, fetched a tub of pharma whey and gonna start eating the right foods, after half hour weight training i dont feel like doing anymore, (i dont stop and chat looking in the mirror like some of em i'm off one weight machine straight onto the next). is it ok to then do half hour cardio/fitness training straight after or does the one cancel out the other or am i better off concentrating on just the weights
