Default Running shoes...

My trainers are past their best and I've gone back to running on an almost daily basis so figure it's time to get something that's going to support my feet properly.

I've read in the past about shops assessing your gait and so on before recommending shoes/insoles etc, who is good to go to for that sort of thing for an unbiased recommendation as opposed to just the most expensive pair theyve got

Cheers

When your feet are wet stand on a reflective surface, this will show you your footprint type, high arch, flat, etc. Then get your trainers based on this.
