Well I've booked a triathlon...
October 14th 2012......
As it stands I'm a serial yoyo dieter.
I generally weigh 20 stone but can easily get down to 16-17 stone in 3-6 months but then put it all back on again
What I need to know is any tips for what to eat, supplements etc??
The fitness side I find "easy" its the eating and the keeping the weight off I find hard.
CheeRS for any help you can give.

Congrats, my first is booked fr June 24th and have been in training/ dieting for the last two months. Have dropped nearly 2.5st since then.
As for diet, I am just beng careful and making sure that I have plenty of protein and very little carbs after 5pm.

Nice one Steve, will be keeping an eye on this thread as I am in a simular situation with regards to keeping it off.
If possible can you post your training regime for a triathlon.
I'm currently using the below link for a 60 mile ride, keeps me hydrated and the flavour isn't bad.

For hunger 1 of these last well.

Obvious this is from a bike point of view for energy.
