i need to order some more impact whey from my protein,so iam thinking of ordering some other stuff as well.
basic requirements as i do lots of martial arts training,is something to help my muscles recover quickly. and need to burn off a couple of stone of fat ,anybody got any reccomendations?
i have looked at creatine monohydrate and glutamine,
thanks.

defo some amino acids, without these your body wont break down the protein quick enough. Although most good protein powders have these in but im not sure about yours im sure there are more products that help quick recovery. Im sure if u google something about muscle recovery you'l get loads come up

Yeah, some Creatine Mono and a BCAA powder (basic chain amino acids) It tastes horriffic and doesn't disolve, but hey, no pain, no gain and all that.

I thought BCAA were Branched chain amino acids. The idea of the branch chain is that they interlock like a chain (funnily enough) so that once the muscle absorbs one then whole lot then follow on?

Anyway L-Glutamine is an amino acid and arguably the most important one for muscle growth/recovery as it is the primary one iirc.

Therefore either buy the BCAA's (which will include Glutamine) or the Glutamine only, no need for both.

Also you need some multivits. I just use cheapo supermarket own as they are plenty good enough. No need for expensive sports packs.

cheers, i ordered the creatine mono and the glutamine. i cant wait to try it and hopefully see an improvement in strength and recovery time.

i have been using the supplements since tuesday, i dont feel stronger,and cant run any faster. but the acheing the next day has gone.. my muscles feel very tight ,but no pain.excellent stuff,

i have ordered Anabolic mass 2, got everything you need in it, a few lads are getting good results from it too.
