I thought BCAA were Branched chain amino acids. The idea of the branch chain is that they interlock like a chain (funnily enough) so that once the muscle absorbs one then whole lot then follow on?
Anyway L-Glutamine is an amino acid and arguably the most important one for muscle growth/recovery as it is the primary one iirc.
Therefore either buy the BCAA's (which will include Glutamine) or the Glutamine only, no need for both.
Also you need some multivits. I just use cheapo supermarket own as they are plenty good enough. No need for expensive sports packs.
