Whats the best bodybuilding forums to go on?

I need to get myself to the gym and on a decent diet. Been a member of a few gyms in the past but because I have got no set routine I always get bored and quit.

UK muscle and muscle talk,both good sites

 

Both have their equal share of muppets as good posters though. There are some smaller sites out there that the good posters are flocking to because of the friday night bicep boys invading the other sites with the same rubbish.

 

every forum has them,you have to pick through them,just like this site

 

Some sites have more than others though.. There are a couple of smaller sites that don't tollerate it and therefore the more serious trainers go to them.

UKM for instance was deserted by the main posters about 6 months ago when testosteronemuscle started up. That site has a good balance. No bollocks but is still a laugh.

 

I will take a look as i must admit I dont popst much on the other sites just use them for information,
