After being away from the gym for the best part of a year how do you get the motivation back to return?

I used to love going to the gym, looking forward to it after work etc but now just the thought of driving into the car park is enough to put me off

Any tips or advice to get my mind motivated once again?

I keep a photograph of myself with from when I was 'unhealthy' in my gym bag. Reminds me exactly where being lazy gets you & helps me to find motivation when im in a cant be bothered mood.

As above.

I look at pictures of myself when i was a fat, horrible, lazy big cunt. Remids me of something i never want to go back too.

Also got a pair of 46" waist jeans that i've kept, good laugh/shock when i get them out for a look. And an old suit too. Could just about get 2 of me in it now, thats enough to make me get down the gym in fear of turning into a fatty boom boom again.
