Provigil question
Hi all.
I've been refered to a sleep clinic due to constant falling asleep in work.Done that,no problems sleeping at night, but my daytime is still the same.Problem is,it'll take 10 weeks to see the sleep specialist!By then I could make some bad errors in work FFS!
After some internet digging,it looks like Provigil may help.Anyone have any experience of alertness? No good if they are like speed as I need 100% concentration in work which is why I ask as its a possible desirable side effect of them.
I work 12 hour combinations of nights and days and my employers wont help me do one or the other.Well, they might, but I'd end up on a short 8 hour shift when I need to maximise my time at home due to my tribe of children.
Anyone have any thoughts?

god knows mate.guy at my old work had this and he had to take some sort of lozanger sweet thing when he felt tired.we used to all think it was funny and play pranks on him when he was sleeping but it must have been a terrible thing to have.
