I use plain old Creatine Mono. Roughly 5-7 grams a day ( I don't accuratly measure, just a heaped teaspoon) in a pint of water with breakfast on rest days and in my 2 litre bottle of water while training. Seems to work fine for me.

Creatine does make a difference.

Fuller muscles, bit of extra muscular endurance at the gym too. However it does make your body retain a bit of water so you MAY look a bit bloated from it. But deffo bigger.

Loads of supps out there, amino acids, BCAA's, Prohormones etc etc... trial and error really, you could spend a fortune on them too!

I've tried a "pump" supplement before that i got in a free sample, i didnt really rate it so ive not tried any others.

10g Creatine in fresh orange and a caffeine tab 30mins or so before a workout usually helps me enough.

Trial and error to see what works for you. I've done Creatine a few times and didn't feel any different tbh. I have known lots of smaller guys that really rate it though. Maybe I would benefit from doubling the dosage or something.

Plenty of protein and a good amino suppliment should be adequate. The rest is all hype and gimic imho. There are hundreds of products on the market that promise you steroid results without the use of steroids. What a load of Crap!

Lots of good food and protein shakes is all you need for now in my opinion.

snedboy.nah mate it wasnt the ones off here.was on another site.it said to put a full cup of peanut butter in but i though that was too much and only put a tablespoon.dig that recipe out and il give it a go.need something to keep in the fridge for a snack between dinner and supper.

Right found it.I'll post up the full ingredients mix etc but if you want make up half of everything just to try it and see how you get on

You need the following

Peanut butter 236grams
Honey 226grams
Protein powder 105grams
Oats 85grams
Chocolate 50grams

Mix the oats and protein powder together in a bowl

Melt the chocolate either by micro or old method of bowl over boiling pot on cooker(my choice tbh)

Put peanut butter and honey into a plastic bowl and microwave for approx 60secs as soon as done mix well together then mix evrything else together well.I add a little bit of water at this mixing point to make it easier

Place into a tray or large square container let set for 20/30mins then chop into squares

I will warn you these are tasty and im not responsible for you all laying on the fat pmsl from eating them too often

Oh and just to add its much better to use choc flavour protein rather than unflavoured but if use unflavoured then add in your choc flavouring as normal just dont add the water or milk

Enjoy
