Right Lat bigger than Left
Hey folks
I have noticed that my right lat is bigger than my left. Any tips on how i can even it out abit?? (and i've heard all the 'Wank with your left' crap lol) So on a serious note fellas.

I doubt you have a developed muscular physique and the only person that notices it is you?
You could do bent over single arm dumbell rows on the "small" side but tbh, i doubt it is required! It is probably a genetic thing, just the way you are made.
Loads of ways to spark muscle growth though, whether its very high reps, low reps, high intensity, low intensity, training the muscle 3/4/5 times a week etc... just depends what works for you.

I had one bigger than the other when I first started out and as stupid as it sounds I think it was down to using a "bullworker" as a teen. However, when I got into training properly it soon evened itself out. Just make sure your pulling the weights evenly when its a two hand job or do an extra set on the smaller side with the one handed movements.
