what do you weigh & what do you bench?

This is such a typically disorganised thread.
Why not set some rules, otherwise everyone is comparing apples with pears.
Weight - quote it in KG's. Convert it if u don't know it.
Weight u can lift. Count the TOTAL weight, cos guess what, u lift the bar too. Olympic bars weigh 20kgs. Add the weights both side and the 20kg bar.
You need to decide the number of reps and sets that u are comparing.
IMO u should compare one rep max as everything else has too many variables.
Competing powerlifters don't compare how many reps they can do.
One rep max.
ME:
Weight: 88kg
Best bench for 1 rep: 105kg

120kg bench at 74kg weight. For reference, I'm 5'10" and never do any leg exercises so I'm not carrying extra weight in that region.
Edit: 120kg is my one rep max, but I can 'comfortably' do sets of 8 x 100 for example.

i weigh 98kg and bench with an (olympic) bar. currently doing 6 sets of 6 reps at 115kg total (inc bar).
obviously much much better to use dumbells (range of motion and core stability) but difficult to lift them on myself to start reps whilst on my own in my garage!

when i started weights i was 10.5 stone and 5.11 and struggling to benchpress 50-60kg and excessivly thin imo. 2 years later i was 14.5 stone and bench pressing 102.5kg with all 20 plates + 10kg plate on the pin on the resistance pec dec etc.i couldnt get beyond that level though once my right hand man stopped going to the gym with me. the fight pushing me on to better him wasnt there and i ended up stopping going. 8 years on since i last lifted a weight im sitting on 14 stone but you can still see the form that tells i used to lift weights.i concentrated mainly on arms and upper body.
i really would like to get back into it but im just to fucking lazy these days

depends what your aiming for. id say your routine is more for tone and definition . to build up and bulk up, less reps, less sets and more weight is required.

I'm 238lbs - 17 Stone - 115Kgs, rep out 120-130Kgs for 3 sets of 10 but I have pressed 150Kgs for a couple of reps in the past. Got an injured Tri at the moment though so bench presses are off the menu

I weigh 67 kg and lift 35 kg each side dumbells, only 6 reps while a mate assists the last 2 making it 8 reps. I'll admit i ONLY train for looks, the stregnth is a by product but doesn't bother me in the slightest, i've been doing boxing for years now so can throw a punch or 2. Dont know if the body builders classify what i do as lifting but i've managed to put on 5kg in 3 weeks and eating 6 calculated meals a day 7 days a week 99%, of the mass is deffo muscle as my abs have not faded and waist has stayed the same. No supliments, no clenbuterol.

But some of these lads claiming to know a polish guy who benches 340, or the ones that are 74kg and rep out 130, that is rare - if you believed everyone here then why are gyms not full of lads banging out 100kg+ for reps??
Anyone lifting over 100kg on a barbell (NOT smith machine!) is doing very well, imo.

Am with you on this, I have been training hard for years and very rarely do you see guys throwing 3 sets of 10 @ 100kgs on the bench . Am sure there are some of you's that do. Some PICS of uper torso would prove who's at the telling tails.
