YUMMIES MUMMIES need for TV SHOW
Hi there,
I’m working on a documentary about pregnancy and body image for ITV1 and am looking to speak to women who have recently given birth or have a young toddler and still look glamorous.
With celebrities getting back to catwalk-ready figures in next to no time and A-listers proudly parading their perfect bumps on magazine covers, we want to explore whether women across the country feel pressurized to stay in shape and I’m keen to hear from women who have gone the extra mile to look slim and gorgeous during their pregnancy and/ or after their baby’s birth.
Are you a yummy mummy who’s become a gym junkie?
Are you keeping to a strict diet?
Are you considering cosmetic surgery to get your body back into shape after your baby’s birth?

I don't particularly think I'm a yummy mummy either
. I'm sure the makers of this programme will have an influx of people wanting to take part too. I'm not yummy enough lol

I know exactly where they are coming from about this show!
Before getting pregnant, Claire was mega fit and going to the gym all the time. This in my opinion has had a major effect in her post natal recovery. She hasn't ONE stretchmark anywhere from her pregnancy and her stomach has 90% gone back to normal within 13 weeks
She now just needs the motivation to get to the gym for the final tone up she so desires as she still feels that she's fat
I'll tell her to give them a ring and see what they say

Scott - you just gotta let her know how gorgeous she is honey!!! 
Having a baby can alter the way you think of yourself so so much!
But, if you let her know, little and often how amazing and gorgeous you think she is, it will do the world of good for her self esteem!

whats the money like? my missus has a toddler and she looks very good size 8 jeans on the way out of the hospital etc
she says i work hard enough for the gym for both of us, and she eats shit all the time.............
