tips needed pleASE
i am 6 foot tall exactly and weigh a bit over 15 and a half stone, now
most my weight is round my stomache and chest mainly due to drinking excessively
now what is best way to loose this obviously i am cutting out drink but what sort off food and exercise is best and how much how often please

all depends on the kinda look your after... would suggest joining local gym ...go two or three times a week if poss..ie mon wed fri... get a feel for the place ..do some cardio and mix in some weights ...plenty of routines on net..or see instructor ...after a few months you will have some idea of what your doing and can up your training to more weights ie bodybuilding type of thing or more intense shaping..fitness type
