dianabol results
thought id start a new thread as the other one was abit clogged up (not so much about results we are having but more about the drug)
any way for the lads/lasses that are using at the moment what sort of results are you seeing ? happy with it ?ect.....
i myself am coming up to a week on it now 25mg/day and got to say i am very pleased with the results so far and the feeling.
was down the gym earlyer only had a hour free but was feeling great and pumped i came home and busted the weights out for another 40mins
and right now im feeling great. and quite abit noticable differance.

before and after pics lads? I myself never took pictures but wish I had, by week 9 had lost a good bit of size and strengh and felt quite down about it-even though I was still bigger than when I started.
So only took 3 weeks off then straight on it again with Deca. I know some people say its not the best combo but I haven't lost anything this time

have you upped the weights? I found it took me 10 days before I felt any different and it was week 4-6 that I started to grow, by week 2 I was eating like a horse!
But I also got a bit of a gut on it-I swear it was the weightgainer shakes though!

To reduce the bloat drink more water and only have water with weigh gain drink dont use milk as it adds ALOT of bloat when on diabol or dianabol
Aint got any before pics,aint even got any after as im just finishing my tabs tnite but on all test for a few weeks yet.Bit camera shy though

dbol can make you hold a bit of fat, and with the water retention it bloats you as well, proviron and a clean diet will help along with 3-4L of water so your body doesnt hold onto it

with me being an ectomorph like you (quite skinny build) ill try and help. just make sure youre hitting, or even better getting over 1 gram of protein for every lb of bodyweight you are. i was aiming to add another 2000 calories on too. heres mine

1.00 pm - steak and mash with peas,carrots and gravy, chocolate fudge cake mmmmmm
4.00pm - snack - chicken sandwich
7.00pm - anything big usually a fully loaded carvery, with a protein drink after
10.00pm - cereal then bed
really hard to eat well working 10 hours a day, pisses me off i manage though.
train really heavy for 40 mins, no need for any longer, shock your muscles, you should be aching like fook after them 40.
sleep is so vital too. at least 8 hours a night.
thats what works for me anyway.

thats pretty simelar to what im eating each day . i didnt go in to detail above as it was late and bed was calling lol
but i did miss out i have protine drink 4 times a day and this may sound odd but i also drink 3egg whites in milkshake 3times aday

don't want to offend but you've either been training very light weights and cardio or you've been doing it wrong.
I'm not big by no means but I can tell the difference in my physique after training for about a year.........i'm 6'4" so it's hard to look muscular when you soo tall!!
My advice would be to ditch the whey protein shakes and get onto some weight gainer shakes to bulk up mate!!

don't want to offend but you've either been training very light weights and cardio or you've been doing it wrong.

Sorry mate, why are the cheap digs always the funniest.
The reason I asked about how long you'd been training for was because you are obviously not of great size. I too was a skinny runt so I do understand how hard it is to put on size and I still believe that the only reason I started to grow was because of my metabolism slowing down as I got older. I still see myself as lanky tbh although I am now carrying far too much unwanted weight.
As has been said already I think there were other options available to you before roids. You must take the weighgainer shakes as your body is burning up the carbs quicker than you can consume them. I'm sure you eat like a horse (cause I did) and never put on an ounce of fat which is why its more important to up your calorie intake massively.
As has been mentioned your training for far too long each time. Whats your routine like? How many days a week do you train and what do you train on those days? How many exercises and reps do you do? Whats your form like? Machines or freewights? You have a training partner?
Most people hit their first plateau after about a year to 18 months. After that initial growth from first starting out progress slows up to a hault for a while. After another 6 months or so of training you will get another spurt. I think massive imporvements could be seen by you without the gear. Mind you its too late now so if you tackle the other areas then your improvements should be greater still.
I am only based near Ipswich so if your having problems or would like some advice/hints then its only an hour to an hour and a half from Yarmouth. Get your arse down here one night or weekend and we can go to my gym for a routine and training tips? I'm no Arnie but I have been popping to the gym since I was 16/17 odd. Its a private gym too so chances are there will be no-one watching and judging you.
