12-14 months natural eating the correct foods, training correctly and 8+ hours sleep a night.
Or........ 2 months on gear. Dianabol @ 30mg ed for 6 weeks with 8+ hours sleep a night......no less!!!!!!! Eat 200g of protien per day such as chicken, fish, red meats, milks, eggs, cheese's. Good carbs..... brown rice, bread, pasta & spuds.

What Paul says is true but in all honesty you'd have to be very very strict to gain good size and keep lean in one year.
You're pretty tall as well so id say you need to be between 16 and 17st to look like that.

I agree with Ollie - I was thinking around the couple of years mark also. I've been doing it for less than a year myself & the majority of the size I've put on is on my chest & shoulder areas. Rather than trying to stay totally strict & staying lean whilst gaining size I'm concentrating on bulking up as much as I can until roughly Easter time next year at which point I'm going to have a go at cutting down, losing the belly and aiming for that all desirable 6 pack for the summer - whether or not I'll pull it off is another matter! LOL!

I don't wanna be huge or "overmuscular" though. Just want to be a good size so you can tell I train a little and look after myself a bit.........if you know what I mean?
Thing is, I'm 35 in 2 weeks time so I don't want to try and become huge because it takes a lot of maintenance to keep it otherwise it'll turn to fat etc.

A few years ago i could not train as I had hurt my todge due to high sex drive. Sex was way to embarrasing to have as I would last no more than a few mins due to 4 times my base rate of Test in my system! In the end i had to see my Dr about my pore sore red willy and admit to being a wanker!
