12-14 months natural eating the correct foods, training correctly and 8+ hours sleep a night.

Or........ 2 months on gear. Dianabol @ 30mg ed for 6 weeks with 8+ hours sleep a night......no less!!!!!!! Eat 200g of protien per day such as chicken, fish, red meats, milks, eggs, cheese's. Good carbs..... brown rice, bread, pasta & spuds.

A good multi-vit and some protien and creatine supps.

there is a lad locle to us that is just over 7ft but massive built arms look like a race horses back leg with a fist on lol

I reckon a couple years will do it.

What Paul says is true but in all honesty you'd have to be very very strict to gain good size and keep lean in one year.

You're pretty tall as well so id say you need to be between 16 and 17st to look like that.

I agree with Ollie - I was thinking around the couple of years mark also. I've been doing it for less than a year myself & the majority of the size I've put on is on my chest & shoulder areas. Rather than trying to stay totally strict & staying lean whilst gaining size I'm concentrating on bulking up as much as I can until roughly Easter time next year at which point I'm going to have a go at cutting down, losing the belly and aiming for that all desirable 6 pack for the summer - whether or not I'll pull it off is another matter! LOL!

Scott....little tip - STOP EATING YOUR PROFITS!!!

for 200g of protein a day what is that in real food terms, ie 4 chicken breasts, 4 tins of tuna etc?

Good luck with that!!! My first is 5 months old now and only just started getting some decent training recently. Totally screws you up. Biggest issue for me was the lack of sleep, made me lethargic during the day and after a days work all I wanted to do was go home and mong. I hope all goes well for you as they are all different but personally I found it hard to adapt. A few weeks of constant crying and broken sleep soon takes its toll.

Oh and congratulations.

Just looked at the pic and I have to agree. Maybe its not a very flattering pic but there doesn't appear to be much muscle in the chest. A good years training (from scratch) would see those results without too much trouble.

Its getting past the natural everyday limit thats the hard part.

I don't wanna be huge or "overmuscular" though. Just want to be a good size so you can tell I train a little and look after myself a bit.........if you know what I mean?

Thing is, I'm 35 in 2 weeks time so I don't want to try and become huge because it takes a lot of maintenance to keep it otherwise it'll turn to fat etc.

A few years ago i could not train as I had hurt my todge due to high sex drive. Sex was way to embarrasing to have as I would last no more than a few mins due to 4 times my base rate of Test in my system! In the end i had to see my Dr about my pore sore red willy and admit to being a wanker!
