Default What gear do i need

one for the boffins ive been looking at lots of different protein supplements on the ebay and im very confused as what to get i would rather buy in bulk i can buy 2 5kg tubs of 90 protein and you get some creatine free any advice etc would be great cheers

no replys lol so i bought maximuscle protein extreme im going offshore today so il try it out over a 2 week period if im there that long and let you's know how i get on

maximuscle i wouldn use, personally over rated

tbh its all the same shit at the end of the day. i have used myprotein in the past, very good deals, using there creatine atm.
currently on phd as there choclate is uber nice, think got that from affordable supplememnts

it's all much the same, some have slightly better contents than others....maximuscle isn't bad, just overpriced.

i got the tub from argos in a hurry cos i was going offshore the next day it skinned me 40 quid but i had a look on fleebay and they had the same stuff for 28 quid so il just get from there now is there any products out there that have the same stuff in it as maximuscle eg creatine etc ive been using this stuff for the past couple of weeks and i think im noticing a bit of difference

Heard maximuscle was a bit overpriced too..... a lot of good info at www.uk-muscle.co.uk and you can get good discounts.Might be of some use.

try mutant mass if you want to put wieght on quickly. taste like s!#t but seriously works if you have 2 of them a day. you can get that off ebay too.

im 6ft and weigh 16 and a half stone im not fat either mate weight gain would make me massive i dont think i would be able to walk lol

I used to swear by Met-Rx, still think its good however for proper bulking up try MuscleTech's MASS-TECH. It is absolutely awesome but not as easy to consume and downside is around £45 for only 10 servings.....proper quality though.
