Default Forearms

Need some good exercises for them, mainly been working bi's and tri's so think I need to do a bit of work on them. Also what day would you say would be best to work them? So far ive been doing:

Day1: Bi
Day2: Rest
Day3: Tri
Day4: Rest
Day5: Bi

And so on.

Cheers

Dave

what about the rest of your body? i've probably read that wrong but it reads to me you are only training arms?

forearms dont need a great deal of work as they are used in most lifts with grip. if you want to target them directly then forearm curls are good

I agree with ballin, they are used alot in grip for other exercises. I sometimes include forearm curls in my routine.

Forearm curls are good but as said already they get a workout anyway doing other exercises.
Seems to me your looking for night club muscles. What about chest, back, shoulders and legs??

The quickest way you can build forearms is by taking up climbing, not sure that's really in the spirit of this section, but it's the truth. Find a local climbing club and do some bouldering. If you're already fit in other areas, you'll do well. I'm not particularly well built anywhere but a few months of climbing has made my forearms MASSIVE.

Nothing directly pointed at you dave, but the worst thing I see is people who clearly only train their bicep and tricep, and walks around like they got caktus(spelling) under their pits. You'll need the legs, ass, BACK, shoulders and chest to go with the gorilla arms

Try "Hand Grips", from any martial art or sports shop usually, these are designed for compression of the hands which use the main forearm muscles to build them. Just add them into your normal routine after the rest periods for instance!

Exercise i've been using recently is a 5kg plate attached to a 12" piece of brush handle by a 1m light rope and hold arms straight out in front and roll rope up and down on handle 2 times. Fookin savage burn on forearms!!
