Default saggy skin from lost weight ?

whats the best way to stop having saggy skin whilst loosing weight a lot of people say sit ups is this true ?

lol sorry i didnt really explain properly its not hanging etc just like a few stretchmarks from loosing weight quickly

You cant get rid of stretch marks.

there are loads of ant-stretch mark creams and moisturisers about that can lessen the effects. Try one of those, but really you should have been doing it while you were changing and not just afterwards

I use it regularly. I had some stretch marks on my lower back just from when I was growing up, I shot up in height relatively quickly and over time they lessened naturally, but I use this stuff and they're not visible at all now. Some years back they were quite bad
