Default Advice needed please.

Hi all, ive just bought a set of wieght's and was just wondering what weight i should lift to start of with.

Any help would be great thanks.

What are you training for? Fitness, toning or size? Bit of a how long is a piece of string question I'm afraid mate without more details.

kinda two different things. for toning you need to lean up so need fitness. Light weights lots of reps. For size you need heavey weights and few reps to failure, 6-8 I would suggest.
