tarinning arms
can u train ur arms more than once a week i do the gym 5 days a week for cardio purfoses but only have like 4 days of weights rely can i do my arms again?
of should i just do cardio mid week and have rest day of weights?
monday - chest tris
thuesay - legs
wendesday - back bi's
thurdsay - shoulders neck for arms
friday - abbs but thats it lol
follow every session with 30 min cardio

as said above, once a week MAXIMUM.
you should never have a set amount of sets when it comes to hammering a muscle, ie. you should carry on doing bi exercises til your bi's cant take no more, NOT walk into the gym and say "right, im gonna do 4 exercises then thats it for that muscle group"...somedays i can do up to 6 different exercises, somedays i can only manage 4...when i first started i only did 3 exercises per muscle group, and i used to leave the gym thinking "aslong as i do the full 3 exercises per muscle group that'll do, and that'll make me big eventually" etc...how wrong i was. you hammer hammer hammer til your about to feint. you need to fail on EVERY exercise...you need to push push push and commit yourself to each set with 190% effort, and griiiiind out those last couple of reps to make it worth while...being able to do the FULL amount of reps on your last set means it's not heavy enough.
training them twice a week will do u no good and they wont grow...rest is as important as training. as thats when you grow. HAMMER them till they feel like they are on fire and you physically feel sick, once a week, and they'll be just fine.
i trained wrong for about 2 years, and have only started gaining properly over the past year when doing it right.
