Default Running..

I'm running twice a day now and finding it very hard to run on a tredmill..

I can run 3 miles easy on tarmac but feel absolutely wrecked if I run that far on a tredmill.. I'm getting to the point where I'm running twice a day just to feel something!

Anyone help?

Oh and I'm new to running.. Wasn't able to run 400mtrs when I first started.

I usually find it the other way round?? If you run in the real world there loads of things to tire you out more i.e. uneven gradient, uneven surface, grass, crossings etc etc

Its normally much more challenging for your body because of that. On a treadmill its usually less intense??

Oh well, thats me.. I get to see more and feel more whilst running outdoors instead of treading on a weird moving surface with hot lights beaming down on me..
