Default Free Running

Anyone on here tried it/involved ?

It's running and jumping around (maybe a bit more to it than that) featured on Jump Britain and Jump London. Also the first few mins of Casio Royalé has some free running in it.

A good site I've been looking at is www.urbanfreeflow.com

top gear did a feature on it too, racing some free runners through a city.

i tried some simple stuff at my local train station (not as dangrous as it sounds) but i wasn't and still arn't fit enough. some of the weird shapes you put yourself into and pressures on diff parts of your body make it a very rwarding hobby i imagine

infact, fuck it, i'm off out later.

I wouldn't mind getting into it, watching "Jump Britain" as I type.

The things these people do are amazing, but I don't think I'm as flexible ... yet :P

i did some 'practice' in my garden on monday.

i was just jumping the garden table, alot of the moves are straight out of gymnastics, especially the flow and landings, thy're all perfect. i gave up after 10 minutes, cos i was knackered.

I am just amazed at the buldings and areas they choose to do it on. some of these guys run at 300mph on buildings about 50 ft in the air and do ludicrous jumps and things off of them. Scares the fook out of me

If it scared them, I guess they wouldn't do it

I think some of the reason for doing it is to 'let go'
